Today we're down here at Dove Canyon Country Club for the 8th Annual Christopher Laurie Memorial Golf Classic, supporting the two upcoming Harvest Crusades:  Angel Stadium August 25-26, and Dodger Stadium September 8-9.   Don't forget, the three key words for the Harvest Crusades – "Pray!  Invite!  Bring!"  This year is the 23rd Harvest in Anaheim.  The first crusade was in 1990 at the Pacific Amphitheater.

• 4,405,768 have attended a Harvest Crusade event in person, with 370,936 indicating a decision.

• 1,319,439 have logged-in to the live Harvest webcasts

• Last year in Anaheim, 115,000 people attended with 11,592 decisions.

• Last year in LA, 50,000 people attended with 6,053 decisions.

• This year, over 300 churches are participating this year, along with 6,000 volunteers.

400-408 – Jason Powell is the son in law of Pastor Steve Wilburn of CORE Church LA, is a Harvest Associate Pastor, and he oversees the one-on-one personal evangelism training course called G3, named after Gideon's 300 faithful soldiers (Judges 7:7), and in the same way G3 seeks to find and train faithful high school and college-aged soldiers who will share the Gospel and invite people to the Harvest Crusades.

• On June 16th will be their first-ever G3 Evangelism Conference with Levi Lusko (Fresh Life Church and Skull Church), Garid Beeler (Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa) and special music from All Sons & Daughters.  The Conference will end with the opportunity to get out and put the training into practice. 413-423 – Bryan St. Peters, is the media director for Harvest, overseeing all their great radio stuff, since 1989.

428-438 – Stephanie Chapin, is the most valuable utility player at the Christopher Laurie Memorial Golf Classic, doing whatever is necessary to "get 'er done," she and her husband Rick attended Harvest for 15 years and were among the first families to welcome Greg to Irvine with the launch of Harvest Orange County.  They've been married 30 years, have 3 grown children, and two grand children.  And they went on the New Zealand trip last year.

443-452 – Richard Garcia, has been the Director of the Anaheim Crusade for the past two years and he oversees all of the follow-up at both the crusade and the church.  He's attended Harvest for 23 years, has three daughters, and one son Jake who serves on the Harvest worship team and is currently touring with Moriah Peters.  Richard explains how churches and individuals can get involved in follow-up – through the Start! Rallies in July and the Church Involvement Meetings that begin May 19th.

458-508 – Mike Brazeal, was the first Harvest employee 20 years ago – hired on May 1, 1992 – and is an Associate Pastor and the Director of the L.A. Crusade, September 8th-9th.  He and Cathie have four kids and five grandchildren.  Mike gets us up to speed on the LA Crusade.

Greg and Cathe have been married for 38 years and have two sons, Christopher (1975–2008 July 24) and Jonathan (1986);  and four grand daughters: Stella (2006) and Lucy (2008) from Christopher & Brittany;  and Riley (2005) and Alexandra (2010) from Jonathan & Brittni.

And, this year, using the latest technology, on the last night of the Anaheim Crusade, August 26th, the Harvest Crusade goes global with the launch of HarvestAmerica.com!  The evening will be streamed and broadcast live to hundreds of churches, coffee shops, theaters, and homes across America, offering Christians of all denominations a unique opportunity to host a free, turnkey evangelistic outreach, with the theme "One Day, One Church, One Message."

We, at KKLA, are asking you to do four things – 1) Go to HarvestAmerica.com,  2) Add the names of those you'd like to see come to Christ this year to the 32,000 names on the Prayer Cloud list, 3) Pray not only for those on list, but for those the Lord would have you bring to this year's two crusades, and then 4) Come to the Crusades with your non-believing friends!

558-608 – Mike Jonker, is the lead campus pastor at Harvest Orange County, and pastor of the 500-member College and Career Ministry at Harvest Riverside called "The Well," and for the past six years, he's Directed Harvest Anaheim.  Mike explains how the "Start! Rallies" work, where the follow-up volunteers are trained at various locations, oftentimes by participating senior pastors.  Get involved at harvestcrusades.org.
